Hi! Just wanted to see if you can point me to the right direction. New guy at work. Documentation for the Inter-Tel System 5200 is a bit scattered and maybe even lost. I am trying to get the announcement greeting corrected and at the same trying to learn how to configure the system properly. I was able to change my password thru the db studio - ver 2.xx - Yes, i've be scouring the boards for hours and see that db studio is already up to 9.x.x.

Is there a way to read up and learn the older system? Is there a manual that might exist which tells you how to program this systematically thru db or via the admin phones.

Your help is greatly appreciated!

Update - I was able to put two and three together. I was looking for the Day Modes and Local Info designations and was able to successfully locate it under the Voice Processor/Devices/App/Local

I have yet to learn how to program it directly on the phone. But it seems that will be an on going process.
