Help!!! I don't know about programming this phone system and was following with manual to set up speed dial and call forwarding. Well after trying to test it by dialing the office numbers somehow i ended up with freezing two of the 6 lines that we have. They stay lit red and when i try to use them it says "trunk busy". I've tried cancelling call forwarding, but have no idea what i did or how can i remove it.
Please help or my boss will kill me...

Do you have an ADIX or ECS?

What color is the phone system cabinet?
