Okay folks here is the problem that I have never seen before. Ext.101 receives a voicemail. It lights the light on Ext.101 and sends a email to the email address in 47-02 of Ext.101. Randomly that same voicemail appears in another users email only and NOT the phone I.E. Ext.112. The voicemail is NOT in the voicemail of Ext.112, just their email. It does not happen to the same user every time. Has anybody seen this same scenario. If so what is the solution. Thanks...

Well first I would check the email forwarding on ext 101 on the email server or outlook or whatever. Pretty sure you're looking in the wrong place.
