Hey! I haven't worked on newer NEC, usually other brands. Now I have a couple customers with Univerge series asking me for help. To get NTAC login I hear I just need someone to connect me and I can do the training and get my own login.
Any ideas or help?
Thanks

Depends on what systems you are trying to get into. Some are open to anyone others you have to be a certified tech of a dealer. You can blow someones 5 year warranty real quick if you aren't aware.

I have a non profit that has an SV8100.
and have some used SV8100 and SV8300 units kicking around.
Used parts are really cheap, and used systems don't have much warranty and likely don't transfer if it got picked up fro, eBay or a lease return etc.

Your problem is with licensing. If you need it you can't get it.
