I used to install OS 7200's on a regular basis, but changed jobs a number of years ago, and haven't touched on in a long time. I now work for my self and have an old client who has asked me if I can configure the caller to hear their place in the queue for two extensions that are currently in an unconditional group, with three analogue trunks pointed at that group.
Had a look at the features of the SVMi-20e, which states this is possible, but I have only ever needed to setup basic mailboxes before an have never configured this finctionality.
Long story short, I logged in to the VM today and even with the aid of the manuals I have, I got no where pretty fast.
Looking for some help in the right direction with the Svmi config. The requirement is pretty basic, and configuring the 7200 is no problem, but need some clear guidance on the VM.
Thanks

The SVMI cant announce queue position, you'd need SCC for that. It can can play UCD prompts while callers are queuing but I'd say they are likely better off with some music on hold with voice overs.
