We've reconfigured one of our systems, removing the need for a T1/E1 Card (Axxess System).

Is there a market for these things?
(Worthwhile market, that is.)
Or, should I hold it as a spare?

The prices of these things have gone up recently...I would hang onto it.

We don't normally quote wholesale pricing, but since you're trying to sell, not buy I'd say that second hand retail pricing can be found from around $100-200 with warranty. Personally I just keep them for spares as to me it's more of a headache to replace them if I need one than it's worth for me to sell it online.
