Hello, Does anyone know how to Centrex transfer a call using the forwarding of an ext. System has Centrex transfer feature on POT's. What I am trying to accomplish is; someone answers a call, transfers to Ext 214, the systems uses the forwarding programmed to transfer the call offsite, once call is established it drops off the phone system (Centrex Transfer). I know this can be accomplished by someone receiving call, hitting flash and dialling offsite number but they want it simpler than that. Thank you

You would have to use the AA to make that possible. Seeing as you can't add the flash feature code to the forwarding rule in call forwarding.
