SL1100 customer uses the redial key (left button on the circle of buttons, lower right) and can scroll through recent calls. When they press the center button, the call is dialed from the CID info.

This works fine for 7 digit local numbers. Auto trunk seizure. But long distance calls won't dial out correctly because there is no leading 1 for the LD call. They said it used to work, and don't know what changed.

I can't find a program that says anything about adding a 1. Looked at 21-01-22 and set it to "7 digits", but no help.

15-02-40 is 'additional dial for caller id return', but wouldn't this add a 1 to the local calls too?

Any ideas? Thanks.
Jim

I'm not sure how it was working before.

You need to setup ARS to insert the 1
