Any one have a cheat sheet to set up this voice mail. Customer wants 30 to 40 ghost mail boxes. Thanks Gary S

Keep their extension numbers between 10 and 57 (or 49 if your ACS is R1), assign #310 to each. As Hal says, create the mailbox as having NO phone.
Transfers from the auto attendant go right to the mailbox. With the #310 assigned, you can send live callers there as well.
