Does anyone know if there's a way to extend the maximum recording time for a mailbox? I know that the system allows up to 999 minutes (roughly 16.5 minutes), but this customer needs about three times this (as in unlimited). I know that ADMIN won't allow it, but I was hoping that someone might remember a registry item that might allow me to circumvent this limitation. They are only using three mailboxes, so disk space is not an issue.

I ran into this years ago. According to Dave Greer, who knew the system inside out, 999 was the max, no registry work arounds.

Ed, are you talking about 999 seconds of greeting length or actual message length? If you are talking about greeting length then would it be possible to record the greeting in a menu (that may have a registry item that could be extended) and time out into the mailbox if they need to leave a message? Just a thought, but it kind of sounds like maybe they are using the mailbox to record actual phone calls, which would mean this is no help at all.

It's the message record length, not the greeting. The doctors use this mailbox to transcribe their daily activities, which often goes way over 16 minutes.
