How to upload music on hold file to IPedge system? We want to change the MOH.

Also, how to setup Universal Call Distribution(UCD)? We want to have Universal Call Distribution.

The MOH files can be uploaded through the application Webmin.

There is a bit to setting up UCD. I have set them up a couple of times, but I never liked how they worked. In one case I disabled UCD and setup multiple call groups. I would highly recommend looking into an ACD system if you want to run a call center.

It seems simple enough. You start with UCD as a hunt group and add login/logout buttons on the phones. But wait, you can't add extensions that are already in a hunt group (like multiple DN keys). Also, unlike an ACD system on when a call is sent to an extension it does not get recalled back to the queue if they don't answer. Also unlike an ACD system if someone left themselves logged in when they took a break, the system won't automatically log them out on a missed call. Calls will ring to unoccupied phones all day until someone walks over to log them out.
