Hi all. This is a weird issue to me, hope someone can help.

I have 1 DSS console that for some reason will not work until about 8:30 each morning. No lights on it, and the user is not able to use the buttons to transfer. Then about that same time every day, everything on it starts working. Have replaced cables and the console. Hoping it's just a setting somewhere in the programming, but nothing stands out as controlling that.

ok, so, It's been awhile since I worked on any Inter-tel. refresh my memory...does the DSS Console need an External Power supply? ( on some systems they do) maybe the user turns off the power strip ?

Just a Guess...


I can see the light at the end of the tunnel..
