I haven't heard of any SV9100 with any ports until you load the licenses. You get 4 IP terminal and 4 SIP trunk licenses out of the box and the basic system gives you a port capacity of 64 ports without having to buy additional port capacity licensing. I agree that the 9100 licensing system can be very confusing especially when adding the likes of SIP trunks when over the 64 port capacity. Not here in the US.
