Greetings,
I'm pretty new to the IT world here(Only 2 weeks) and I've been given a task to Fix our phone system.
Basically my boss says that the configuration on phone system has been set to default and now nothing is working and I'm pretty much at a loss. I don't know where to start... can someone point me to the right direction to research my problem? any docs on the following would really help
