Customer has an OS7030 with the latest software version. Comcast standard business phone lines with SMT-i6011 phones. Only Extension 201 rings when outside calls come in. We have no SIP trunks. We have no Mobex. Customer says that bluetooth is not enabled on Extension 201. Customer says that bluetooth is turned off on his Iphone, but he says that when a certain phone rings into Line one on the 7030 his Iphone rings as well. When the call is answered, his Iphone stops ringing. (Yes,the problem phone number is a contact programmed in his Iphone)

Any Ideas?

Gerrya, all lines ring group 500. Group 500 only has extension 113 (201 has been renumbered.) Nothing crazy going on. Group 500 overflows to vm/auto attendant after 22 seconds.

Sounds like they have call forwarding turned on with the carrier. You say it only happens on line 1 so that rules out the PBX, otherwise it would happen on all lines. Here with TW/Spectrum when call forwarding is enabled both the CO line and the forwarded number ring until it's answered. It's annoying and confuses customers.

Remove all the line from the system and test. That would rule out the system if the call still hits the cell.

Gensiscomm, it looks like all of these troubles may have caused by the Comcast "Be Anywhere" function of the Comcast App loaded on a employee's cell phone.
