I have four 'linked' systems, two Axxess and two 5200's.

The Axxess systems 'share' voicemail - the same VMP serves both, the 5200s each have their own VMPs.

Is it possible to set up a Group-List with members from all systems?

Most of our staff are in our Birmingham, AL Office on the Axxess VMP, but we have a few in Bristol, England and KC - both 5200's - that want/need to have a conjoined Voicemail Group/Group List.

TIA

You have two choices:

1. Network all sites together and have them share one VM server.

2. Replace the VMP w/ an EM Server, upgrade the 5000's to 3.0 and buy the VPIM networking for all sites. This will allow all sites to keep the stand-alone voicemails, but also keep integrated and allow group lists to include off-site voicemail boxes.
