I am just a lowly front desk clerk (but former IT guy). All of a sudden, from the console (ext 000), when we call any rooms, the room phone light will blink, but the phone will not ring. Rooms can call 0 and get the front desk, and also call other extensions (the called ext will ring), and we can transfer calls to a couple of analog cordless handsets which will ring, We have been trying to get tech support out here for over a month (according to my GM). I am convinced it is a simple fix but maybe not. Any help?

If the phones are ringing room to room and the console can call a couple analog extensions and they ring also, sounds like something got changed at console for the room phones, especially since the lamps light and I assume can be answered if the light is seen. Which PhoneSuite system is this? Also you may try calling PhoneSuite, they have always been very helpful when I've called them and you could ask if there's a tech in your area while you have the online.
