Does anyone know of a way to read the password under the Asterisk's in an OSDM backup?

Didt know you could what I always do if doing a download I don't put in password
as I do work for different company's so I could always read in downloads

I don't use a password when I do the backup either. I'm looking to try and read the passwords set for management within the OSDM back up.
