For some reason one of our phones goes direct to speaker when a call comes from an inside extension. In order to pick up the call we have to push the IC 2 button (which is blinking green). Any ideas on how to fix this?

Feature codes 319 for Handsfree on/off and 361 for Auto IC Access on/off. If both are toggled ON, then the call will go to speaker without any action like lifting the handset or pressing the IC key.

Thank you. That made the phone ring more than once. But now it automatically goes to hold when we pick it up. In order to connect to the call we have to hit the IC button.

Any Ideas?

It is not 'holding' when you pickup, it just isn't answered. Dial the 361 code to be sure that the LCD reads "Auto IC Access On".

One more question.

Now in-house calls will not go to voicemail when no answer. Outside calls are fine. UGH!

Intercom calls shouldn't go to voicemail unless the caller presses their MSG key and holds while they get transferred into VM.

If your intercom calls were to forward to VM, that would negate the purpose of having DND messages. If this is what you really want, you'll need to check the IC box on your system forwarding path assigned to the extension. Not standard programming though.
