On this issue, I completely agree. One should be trained and certified to install and program the IP Office.
Non quantified techs is part of the reason Avaya has a bad name in SMB. Certified and train techs do the install and maintenance correctly the 1st time.

My tech is Avaya certified. we followed all procedures. Seems the cabinet was an out of box failure. When incoming calls were answered and then hold or transfer key was selected unit did a cold re-start. I welcome any further comments, especially about gray/ grey market items. Thank you
