Anyone know of a good brand or location that I can get shoulder rests for Polycom VVX 410 phones? I had some stock that we used on Norstar phones, but they don't quite fit the best and was seeing what was available or what others would suggest.

I have always preferred headsets to shoulder rests. Much easier on the neck at the end of the day. A simple Google search shows results like: One option

I also recommended headsets, but the customer does not want to spend the money for dozens of headsets at this time. And the employees all mentioned that they are accustomed to/prefer shoulder rests.

things like that I tell them we don't deal in accessories and suggest they buy their own . there is little money to be made and when they find them cheaper online they question your charge.
