Hello all.
I have a customer with a CIX40 and Stratagy voicemail.
The customer wants the following senario:
Day / Day2: customer calls in. If all lines are idle the first line rings (no problem). If that line is busy, it goes to the second line. If all lines are busy, the user is sent to a queue where they can wait or press 0 for emergency request.
I have looked in both manuals I have for queuing, but can't find anything. So either I am looking in the wrong place, or using the wrong terms.
Does anyone have step by step how to that I can get?
Regards

The first problem is that if both your lines are busy then the caller does not have any way to reach the PBX. The caller will get a busy tone from the carrier. If you have a voicemail service with the carrier then thy can route the calls to a cloud voicemail, but I doubt if you could do anything like queuing a call until a line is free.
The Toshiba does have a very basic queue called UCD, but it is a pain to setup and won't really help you when your 2 analog lines are busy.
