Hello guys,
I have a client with an old Inter-Tel Axxess system running IBM OS/2 on the EVMC card. This card crashed last week and I was able to get a refurbished one from a website that sells phone system components. When it came in, I swapped the hard drives and installed it into the system. Everything worked as it should have, with the exception of two mailboxes where if one calls the associated extension, the system says that the voicemail box is full, however, when the person at that extension tries to check the voicemail, the system says that there are no voicemails.
Does anyone know what is happening?
Thank you for your help!

Was there a PAL chip on the old card that didn't get moved to the new one?
