Hello!
Whenever I'm on a call and I have another incoming call, I would like it to ring on our other phones so that someone else can pick up the call. However, whenever a second call comes in, it just beeps through my phone. Any suggestions on what i can do? Thanks.

Typically the CO lines would be set to normal, in a trunk ring group with phones in a ring group so they all ring for all incoming calls. Add trunk appearances so anyone can answer incoming calls. Unless you have DID's coming in. In that case your translation table should be set to no transfer so the second call goes to that person's voice mail.

You can also set the lines to ring a virtual extension so you can delay ring to the other phones.
