Hi There,
I hope that someone on this group can assist me with my problem. I work in a small office with an Avaya phone system, which I suspect is about 15 years old. There are only 3 phones on the system. Can't see any model number on the phones.
When you call the office there is an initial message instructing the caller to dial a number to direct the call to the appropriate person. I need to change the message, but cannot see how to do this. If there was an administrator pw it is long gone.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

You are going to have to give us more information. Likely you have a Partner system but the question is which one and what messaging system was installed. You don't seem to be using voice mail? What do you hear when you go to any phone, press an Intercom button then dial 777?
