Have a customer having issue when dialing ext. 20 or 21 from AA a timer has expired please try again message then goes to main greeting if you know your parties ext dial it now. I was being trained on this system when our tech who was training passed. Any help would be great. Those are the only 2 ext. having issue

Make sure the users for those extensions have recorded their voice mail greetings and also make sure auto fwd to voice mail is turned on in pgm 113 (station attributes) for those two extension.
