Greetings,
We have a client who is trying to install DM 4.99 on a Windows Server 2012 R2. After installing it from the zip file if you click on it it never starts. I've tried running as Administrator and also compatibility mode with no luck. I'm thinking it might have to do with java but I never see a pop up to install it or maybe pop ups are disabled?
Any help would be appreciated Thanks.
