Hello everyone,
on all my old Samsung DCS systems if someone called an EXT from the outside and if the end user did not want to answer that call they simply pushed # and the caller would get forwarded to that EXT voicemail. I just recently switch 3 or 4 to 7200-S, and 7200 with Svmi 20i and this function no longer working. Am I missing something?

Thank you

If i remember correctly you will need to changed the # to the feature code VMMEMO it's with that or one of the other VM button.

in MMC 724, # is programmed for VMMEMO, and yes it is direct station ring not a station group. I have tried on different systems, with built in voice mail 7030, 7100, 7200-s and also 7200 with Svmi20i. I don't recall any special; programming on the old platforms like DCS.

In MMC 701, set VM AME to 'Yes' for all COS. That should fix your issue.
