a customer called and told me callers get voicemail is full message from a.a. for ext 100. i think that is the only mailbox they use. i told her to make sure no one has messages in their mailbox and she did. called me back and said mail boxes are empty. im going out there tomorrow. any ideas where i should look to trouble shoot this. thanks. dave

problem solved. last night i called after hours and they had a phone company voicemail picking up and it said it was full. when i made kept the line busy and called again with rollover the system auto attendant picked up.

I have had many instances where a customer has failed to remove telco VM after getting a new system installed.

I did too, even after reminding the customer to discontinue the service.
