Is there a KSU or global way to deactivate the unused CO lines buttons on the phones (so that blank lines cant be accidentally selected on the phones).

I am pretty sure that I can remap the phone buttons, but think I need to do that on each unit.

Depends. Look at the tag on the nameplate. It may be a circle 2 circle 3 or no number. If it's a 2, try 06 and 07 in programming to select the lines out for day and night. If it's a circle 3, try program 31.
