The last I heard, there was an integration package available with the Telecenter that integrates with systems made by Alcatal-Lucent, but I haven't heard of anything for Avaya. Maybe the Avaya-Lucent name thing might be causing confusion?

There are white papers for configuration, but depends on the Rauland solution and what PBX they are connecting to. Link to the Responder 5 page on Avaya's Devconnect site. There are links there for whichever solution you have.
