I have a customer that wants calls when transfered to a extension not to recall to the operator. Is this possible no transfer recall ?
Also can this system have 2 different operators, 1 operator for clinic and 1 operator for the office. The system is programmed with 2 different trunk groups. They might need to transfer calls from 1 group to another group. I think this is possible ?

turn off 20-11-13 to stop recall to operator. Not sure about 2 operator's where you can dial 0 to get to yours, but, try setting a DSS/BLF one touch key for the second operator and just pre-program the extension under it, label it OPR.

Yes you can have 2 operators. You need to define the operator groups then.
