Hi everyone,

I have a customer that wants the No response to follow the dial 0 route that rings All phones, it currently goes to Extension 10 only.

On a Samsung you can just point the No response the same way you send Press 1,2 etc., I can’t find that option on the IP Office.

Thanks in advance.

Mark

I would guess that you are using Embedded Voice Mail, because with VM Pro it should be painfully obvious. (VM Pro menus have a Timeout options)

With Embedded, the timeout destination is the Fallback of the Incoming Call Route that got the call to the AA.
