the Network port ...that is a dual purpose , it can be used for programming and where the IP phones " connect to " sort of.
if nothing was wired to lines 1,2,3,4, it probably has a PRI card in it.
You really need to Connect to it to see what is really there. The IP phones require Licenses in the system

yes there lines 5,6,7,8,9 were set up as pri at new location in NH they had 4 analog lines installed and I installed and programmed them to 6 digital phones works great, here's the situation 1 guy is left in Florida at a home office with a IP phone that he used , system disconnected and now in NH 2 additional IP phones in NH for users
question is how do you make the IP phones work . I see that Florida phone systems took out there network equipment also can run a report and see ext 140 141 142 had ip addresss looking to get the IP set up back on line

At the very least you need to update the programming with the new public IP address. You may possibly need to set up port forwarding on the router / firewall as well.

so, does the customer have a static IP ? , you will need 2 internal static IP address you will need a port fwd set up on port 59002 ( TCP) for the NSP, and port fwd set up on 59001 for the IVC ( internal card) UDP
this is the port the IP talk on do you know what software the phone system is running?

The phone needs to be reprogrammed as well so it knows the new IP address and can go find it. There is software or they can mail the phone back and plug it in locally then send it back to Florida .... or deliver it yourself!

If a remote phone was working it should work fine at another location.

As far as the one in Florida that isn't working it needs the new public IP address of the system programmed into it. The new 60 key phone allows you to program it with the buttons on the phone. The older 48 key phone needs to be programmed via software from a pc or if it is connected locally to the KSU it will get the new programming.

Was the port forwarding setup on the router / firewall?

gateway 192.168.1.1
public IP 64.238.161.225
subnet 255.255.255.0
UDP 59101
vlan 1
Qos disable
mask yes
network services processor
NSP Mac 00:30:4d:f5:B8:A7
Nsp Mode NSP-0
Vsp private IP 192.168.1.250
nsp sub 255.255.255.0
Nsp Public IP 64.238.161.225

my remote phone in florida is 192.168.2.100 udp 59203 ext 143

my New hampshire comcast modem external ip 73.68.18.227 I entered in above in public ip address

Quite frankly my thoughts are you need to hire someone who knows routing and ip addressing and ESI phones to get this to work. But basically the IVC Card needs to be on the same network as the other equipment behind the firewall at HQ. The remote phone needs to be on the same network as the equipment behind the modem / router (either via DHCP or manually setting the address) on the remote side and the firewall at HQ needs to have port forwarding set up to forward traffic from the public IP to the private IP of the system. Once all of the programming is correct on the KSU you can then plug the remote phones in locally and they receive the correct programming or you can use the software to program them at the remote site.

I'm not trying to be a jerk by any means but this stuff requires training from ESI and some networking knowledge.

so, i just ran a port query on your new IP...it appears as though you haven't opened up port 59002 TCP ?

as I had said before, you will also need to open up ( port 59101 ( we usually change ours to 59001) on UDP

IP address resolved to c-73-68-18-227.hsd1.nh.comcast.net

querying...

TCP port 59002 (unknown service): FILTERED ( This should say " LISTENING " ) But, you may have it locked down to the outside world ?
