SV9100 - I have two digital sets at desks next to each other. Only one employee is assigned to these two phones. So one phone is always left unattended.
The employee wants to answer any calls to the other phone from where she is sitting. What's the best way to do this? - The same VE on each phone, programmed to ring all lines. - Put both phones in their own pickup group. Assign PU key. - other???
Thanks. Jim

Thanks. Jim I would assign a Ringing VE Key on a unused button on each phone.
