Just looking for recommendations on couple of good Call Accounting Software for Samsung OfficeServ 7000 series.

Have looked at PABXSoft but it's database is very very old though still seems to do the job very well, but looking for something that is developed on latest technologies or databases.

We use AggSoftware's Advanced PBX Data Logger. It allows the SMDR data to be stored in a SQL database so we can write our own reports. It does have it's own reports as well through a web interface. It's done ok for us. Been using it for 8 months. Lower cost than other solutions.

Checked the site and screenshots, Yes the cost is low compared to others.

Just quick question on the export option, whether you export the reports in .csv or any other formats for proper formatting/sorting ? like in ascending/descending order based on different columns ? or you are using it's own/original reports itself ?

Whether do you generate reports for like - longest call duration for outbound and inbound, maximum calls made by extension, total daily inbound and outbound calls summary with total hours, call counts etc.

I wrote a c# WinForms program to be used internally to read the data from the SQL database to provide real time info and reports.

As far as the PBX Report program they give, it is a web interface to generate reports. The reports basically come up as a table in a web browser. We have not used the export function at all.

There are many different types of reports. We currently only use the "Call center reports: Summary" and "Call history" to check an individual extension's history.

AggSoftware allows you to try out their software for a few weeks. Contact them about giving it a try.

Will try their trial, it seems it works max for 2 hours at a stretch but should be good enough.
