SV9100 with Hotel/Motel licenses.
I'm not too clear on the voicemail for each room. I've got the analog, single line extensions for each room set to motel mode. I can leave a voice message and turn on the MWL for a room from the front desk.
1.) Is there a way to keep a room phone from hearing and following the choices from InMail to create a greeting, change password, etc? 2.) Can the front desk clear out any messages left in a room's mailbox, at check out? Or will the integration with the PMS do this?
Thanks! Jim

I do not think item 1 can be changed. Item 2, can be done via system administrator (front desk phone).

Helpifican, yes, found that by following prompts on an admin phone. Thanks. You can delete all messages, the greeting and the security code. Although you have to do three separate steps to get it done.
