I have a digital dispatch that is lighting station 100 with a message, but there is no message. Button is programmed for 440 voicemail box, is there away to clear message, going into mailbox and there is no message and no way to clear ? Thank You

Does it indicate that there's a new message, but there's just silence recorded as that message? Does it go out if you hit 3# when checking for new messages? If so, be sure to check the notification settings for this and all other mailbox settings. A mailbox can be attempting to call X100 whenever a message is received, but nothing is recorded because the system thinks it is notifying a pager.
