We have an Intertel 5200, currently maxed out at 75 endpoints.
My question is related to the licensing costs for the IP phones (we are using Mitel 5212's). Can licensing be purchase through any reseller, or are you locked into the partner that installed the system? The last quote I got for the 5400 upgrade an additional phones and licenses was quite a bit more than what we originally purchased them for, and would like to be able to shop around a bit.

You can go through any authorized Mitel dealer.
Ain't technology wonderful? Nothing like being on the bleeding edge.
