Greetinhs,
We have a Call Pilot 100 that is down. I will be going to site today with a new power supply and spare system. I will try the power supply first if that doesn't work I will replace the system. I can't remember, can I try the old pcmcia card in the new cabinet to restore the prpgramming? Or will I need to program the new system from scratch?

Usually its the power supply. I've never swapped cards, I just reprogram.

Pretty sure that you can put the cartridge in different CP and retain programming, if necessary.

I think there will be key codes involved with the CP, so it might not be as simple as moving the card to a different cabinet.
I agree with jsaad, it's usually the power supply. Amazing the trouble caused by that little thing. Even though the lights are on and it tests with good voltage. Change it.
