Hi All,
Just installed a CICS W/7.1 SW, (1) 4x0 CID w/ T7316's and using analog CO's. I have programmed 4.1's to be able to transfer an incoming call out to a cell phone, in the distant past... I can't seem to remember how to set it up so that anyone in the office can transfer an active incoming call to a cell phone. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Put lines in Line Pool A Remove all line pool codes Remove External Code Set up Routing and Destination code - example 9 to use line pool A Can't remember if this is a MUST - Allow redirect on each extension
Answer call press transfer dial 9 plus number to go to.
If CON is the opposite of PRO Then what is the opposite of Progress?

If these are Employee's cell #'s you could do F*1 External memory buttons .

Redirect is a must yes.
And yet another option if button space is low when you go into the routes you can add the phone number
So the process would be F4X (X = dest code)
On CICS I would use dest codes 71 and 72 for 2 mobile numbers
