NTS Direct does not pay their bills. I have an outstanding invoice that is almost a year old that they won't pay. It was for a site survey and was less than $100, I sent in all my deliverables and they got all the nessary information and have no complaints about my work, they just don't pay their bill. When I call they say they will look into it or they transfer me to a voicemail.... they just don't pay
NTS hired a local 1 man shop to do a job for them, this man fell ill and hired us, the agreement we would do the work, invoice him he would invoice NTS, the job was completed over a year ago, NTS has not paid him. The owner of my company has been in contact with NTS and is getting all kinds of excuses. FYI: we had in the past done work directly with NTS and were paid, it seems times have changed.

Let me see if I got this straight:
Company A hires company B to do a job at company C; however, company B falls ill and cannot do the job at company C as hired by company A. Meanwhile company D (you) is idly waiting in the wings. Did company A then seek out company D to complete the work at company C or did company B subcontract company D to perform the work at company C?
Honestly, it's not NTS Direct's responsibility to pay you. It's the responsibility of the person that sub-contracted you to pay you. Whether they get paid from NTS or not shouldn't be a reason for you not to get paid. It seems as though company B is jerking you around.
NTS Dirrect LLC. is now Costal Telecom Services 1317 3rd Street South Nampa, ID. 83651 844-728-5500 and it is being ran by the same people. They contacted me to do two jobs and I am still trying to collect. Is there anything a person can do once they get screwed? If you do a search for ether company you will find where some one else is complaining about not getting paid.
We did some work for them at a few retirement homes in 2016 and they paid the bills like clockwork, then we did a couple of jobs in 2017 and they did not pay. We repeatedly contacted them and they played the old "We should be able to get the check out next month" game for a while, but every time it was the same old song and dance with no resolution. We got tired of chasing them down for payment of about $400 back in 2018 from several jobs. They do not pay their bills and they should not be trusted.
