Hi, I have an extension that is set to call forward all calls to a mobile number, 24-09 but when calling the DDI the call is not forwarded. I just get an engaged tone.
If I dial the internal extension from another handset the call is forwarded correctly to the external number. The issue is just when dialling from an external source to the DDI?
