Hi, Customer with 7200S purchased call accounting software which was downloaded remotely. In Lan Printer settings I cannot get Current Status to show PC after Lan update. I can send smdr data to the printer OK. ( I setup the same for another customer a couple of weeks ago and was pretty simple) not sure what I am missing. I see that SMDR uses port 5100. Is it possibly blocked? If the Printer Destination is set to PC then should the printer IP be the IP address of the PC instead of the printer? (network is part of a large hospital)
Thanks all.

Put the ip address of the pc in the management ip whitelist.

It will only show pc when the pc is connected to the system

You can try it by telnetting to port 5100
