I have an SL2100, I want the auto attendent to answer on the main phone number, but then all DDI's to route directly to the correct extension.
What setup should I use to make this happen? I have set the Trunk properties to DID as if I use VRS the AA answers all of the DDI too?

I'm guessing your DDI's are what we call DID's, if that's true, in the DID setup enter the DDI number in the receive number box, enter extension in the target number, don't forget to set the transfer option and transfer target.

Hi, Yes I can do that for the DID's but how do I get the auto attendant to answer the main number, what should I set that as?

Enter the main DID number in the receive number box, enter the pilot number of the voice mail in the target field.
Note: if the system is toggling between modes you will need translation table for each mode. If you don't know how do this call in a certified NEC tech.
