This may actually be the last item on my customer's request list.
Their old NEC picked a CO line and went to speaker-phone with a 9 press.

I'm not finding A PGM that looks appropriate for this, but you know the method.

Any advice appreciated.

it is typically set up for dialing 9 for an outside line by defualt, you just have to make sure you have all of your co line in one line group and any unused co line in another group... pgm 140 eg. line 1-2 in group 1 and line 3-8 in group 20
