I have the Vodavi STSE using the flash voicemail card with software version 20053. The end of message VM prompts went missing. Is there a file with these prompts to restore or would installing the 20053 version on top of itself help?

Have you tried a VM reset? Hit the button or a power cycle may bring the prompts back. There is no file that I am aware of other than the firmware.
