Hi
I am Armin and I am a developer. I want create telephony popup software for Panasonic PBX.
and I have some problems. Please if is possible answser these questions and help me:

We have a Panasonic tde 200 telephony system and this system connected to my server with serial connection. My server have not any internet and i am not permitted to change connection to LAN.
My server is 64 bit Windows Server 2012.
My main problem is call log save only after line pickup and i want show popup simultaneously with line rings. I check everything in Maintenance Console and apparently everything is OK.

and these are my questions:
1. How i can solve this problem?
2. How i can install tsp in this situation?

Please guide me to solve this problems.

You could use cti intergration or you could have a message play first on disa and it will show as answer but where do you want it to pop up on the phone pc or all

You would be better off with cti/capi interface and yhat needs a licence

Thanks for your response but i am only a developer not network administrator and i am not familiar with these settings. please help me where is these options and how i can set cti integration.
I want show popup on any system that its phone rings.

There are software packages available that do that already though cti.

The information you looking for is beyond what is discussed on an open forum

You can do an online panasonic course and get what you need to know about intergration to software

Smdr outputs data like call answered by extension/group
It will not output before a call is answered

Smdr is used for billing and stat use only not real time for that you would need to interface with tapi

In the feature manual section 16.1.3 SMDR (Station Message Detail Recording) page 292, will explain what can be done with SMDR.

I believe this is what you are looking for:

Go to System Menu, Item 11. Maintenance

Then Item 2. Main

Then the SMDR Options tab

Then set BOTH Condition Code "RC/VR" and Condition Code "AN/VA" to Print.

Now make a test call into your system and you should see a line of SMDR Data as the phones in the KXTDE-200 are ringing.


I have been down the same road and there really isn't too much info/data to work with.

But, maybe just enough for your application.
