Do what it takes to pull that wire dude! I used to do some somewhat crazy things to reach a wire, but this? Balancing Act

Perhaps he was afraid of putting any weight on the professionally installed scaffolding  I wouldn't get involved in any way, except perhaps as the person taking the 'before' picture for the insurance company.
