I have a customer that has an ESI 128 that has a few remote locations. They have 5 phones in a department(292 which is the onsite location). If they are either all on the phone or away from their desk they want to be able to automatically forward the call the a remote location or after so many rings it forwards to the remote location. (700) I tried making a call forward key on one of the phones in the group but that made it ring no answer on every phone. I was going to try to enter into the CO line programming and after the fifth ring have it ring 700 but it wouldn't let me enter a remote location. (Only extensions, mailboxes, ect) Any ideas on how to program this? I simply want to forward calls to the remote location with either a key on the phone or after 5 or so rings it automatically goes to the remote location (700). I told them they need to buy a Mitel 250 haha. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
